APEC

THURSDAY
- APEC training at 211 Henderson Rd
- 6-10pm
- zone + role allocation
- was originally supposed to be the clearing crew
- volunteered to be a drink butler
- learn to carry 6 drinking glasses on a silver tray with one hand
- last min change to become stewarding crew [wth!?]
- go home, DADDY DEAREST picked me up at Henderson Rd bus-stop
- supper at the 24/7 hawker centre near Almukminin Mosque
- done for the day!! awesome!!

FRIDAY
- APEC training at Esplanade
- 6-10pm
- place familiarisation
- clean our zone area [ZONE 4]
- clean the plates, drinking glasses
- go home, DADDY DEAREST picked me up at Esplanade bus-stop
- done for the day!! awesome!!

SATURDAY
- ACTUAL APEC EVENT
- left hme at ard 11++am
- attire: white long-sleeved blouse, black pants, black HEELS
- meet at Raffles City StarBucks @ 1.30pm
- head over to Esplanade [loads of Security Checks!]
- collect possessions, do make-up and hairstyling
- I LOOKED LIKE SHIT!! [pfffffttttt.. kenneth seemed to tink otherwise though]
- given vest + nametags
- my name was FARAH for the day
- prepared zone areas + DINNER
- work starts around 7+pm, partnered with anthony
- initially, there wasn't much stewarding to do
- helped out at the drinks bar
- caught glimpses of PM LEE HSIEN LOONG + wife
- saw other ministers + their respective spouses
- greeted SM GOH CHOK TONG
- was hoping to see my idol MM LEE KWAN YEW but.. [sigh]
- then work came piling in & my heels were killing me
- was practically running ard the stewarding area, barefooted
- shorthanded, luckily had help from Yi Qi [awesome!!]
- time zipped by really fast
- photo-taking session, then time to go home
- last-trained to Redhill MRT station wif Van, Phillip, Alvin
- DADDY DEAREST picked me up at Redhill MRT station
